It was a tremendous experience.
It was one of the most fantastic trips we've ever been able to go on. MaticSports took care of everything. They had people with us from the moment we arrived at the airport. The facilities were all fantastic and the culture; we got to travel all over Guadalajara and Jalisco. The girls experience overall was awesome and it was a great learning tool for them. It was a tremendous experience.
Soccer is an international language.
The trip to Guadalajara, Mexico for me meant more than I can truly express. Although, it was a group of girls that I'd never or rarely ever played with, it felt like I've been a part of them forever. This experience was eyeopening and life changing. It taught me how to not only work with girls that I don't know, but algos how to be professional. One thing that truly opened my eyes was that although there was a language barrier, I learne that everywhere you go, a smile and the game of soccer is an international language. Guadalajara, Mexico wasn't only an amazing place, but it was an experience that is unforgettable because of the relationships I was able to build through the beatiful game.
What is the transportation plan? Do we have to get our own or do we have a driver(s)?
The transportation company we use is fully insured and has professional drivers in every single vehicle. Alliance International Travel would provide full transportation to the players and coaches. If the parents choose to get transportation with Alliance we can provide it for an extra fee.
What is the plan for meals, snacks, etc.?
Alliance International Travel will provide meals, snacks, and hydration to all team players and coaches, parents and family members will eat at their own expense.
Are there plans for any activities that are non-soccer related? If so, how do we schedule this? Is there enough down time?
Yes, we do suggest activities for the teams, based on the game schedule and time remaining: however the final decision is the coach's.
What are the estimated costs for the boys, and adults?
Alliance International Travel will provide the best rate for your trip, please contact us to choose from the different packages we offer.
Do parents have to travel or can the club decide to send their child without a parent?
That would be a decision from the parent/club, for Alliance International Travel it's not an objection if you send your child with the club. Coaches are the ones who possess the major authority.
Does the group need to arrive in Guadalajara at the same time/be on the same flight or will transportation occur throughout the day.
Arrival is a big deal as it is the day we welcome you and we always suggest that everyone arrive together.
Does the agency provide insurance for any injuries or incidents that occur during the program?
Yes, we provide insurance coverage to help with your peace of mind knowing your child is fully insured from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart back home.
When will payments for the trip be made?
Payments need to be made in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
Are there refunds if a player or parent cannot travel?
If a player is injured or sick and cannot attend camp, we must receive a doctor's note on the appropriate headed paper in order to be considered for a refund. Applicable admin fees may be charged. We also can provide a more detailed refund policy by request.
Will parents be in the same hotel?
They can if they choose to do so, that is a decision made by the club.
Can parents observe the camp sessions?
Parents are welcome to attend training sessions and games during the day to observe. We respectfully ask that all family members observe off the fields, in designated areas, and refrain from interacting with coaches or players during sessions.
